Orders will processed and within 1 to 3 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to ask if you wish to backorder or substitute other merchandise.

Shipping(Method)
Orders below $50, shipping within the United States, are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). Order over $50, shipping within the United States, are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipping outside the continental US and/or its territories will be shipped by United States Postal Service. Please call or e-mail for postage rates. P. O. Box, FPO/APO addresses will shipped by USPS.

Damaged(items)
If items are damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately.

Return or Exchange Policy
If merchandise returned with 30 days of shipping date, is unopened and not used, we will refund the cost of merchandise only. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products and must mail it certified or signature required. Please call for a return authorization.

The designs, this web site and catalog are copyrighted by Paula Hallinan and Heritage Handcrafts. No mechanical reroduction of designs are permitted. However, you may use the templates to hand make cards and other hand made projects for resale including with the use of a hand operated embossing machine. The templates should not be used with commercial embossing machines. Retailers may make copies of the catalog to show designs to their customers.
